Minimum number of providers required: 6
Based on the predicted work-flow, and in line with Government guidelines focussing on agile methodology, we require a number of providers to work flexibly to meet our requirements, as dictated by the diverse nature of a digital workload within health, care and social environments.
Within this lot, we require contractors who specialise in web design and development. Requirements will range from responsive websites with relatively static content and basic interactivity; through to completely interactive clinical web services that may store patient data.
We will also require contractors who can provide the ‘whole build’ process, from the initial scoping work and prototyping; through to user testing, building and deployment. This may also include individual elements of this process being delivered as separate projects.
Importantly, providers will have a demonstrable commitment to user-centred methods of design and a collaborative approach to development.
