The service will consist of: Community Paediatric Services for Disabled Children; Designated Doctor for Looked After Children; Named Doctor for Looked After Children; and Designated Medical Officer (DMO) for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
AfC are looking to procure a Community Paediatric service for a term of 3 years, with the option to extend at AfC's discretion by anywhere up to a further 2 years.
