To re-install Ro-Ka 10,000 litre & 8,000 litre bulk milk tanks.

To include fitting 2 condensing units and water heater onto the Ro-Ka 10,000 litre.

To include fitting 1 condensing unit and water heater onto the Ro-Ka 8,000 litre.

Existing ice builder will be surplus to requirements and part exchange value can be offered.

The above to be fitted to an adjacent approved power and water source

Minimum standards and qualification required

Tenders are invited only on the basis of the supplier being able to provide project delivery within a 6 month period from contract award.

Liquidated Damages - £2,000 per week or part thereof

Rectification Period - 6 Months

Retention Percentage - 3%

Contractor’s Insurance Cover - £2,000,000

Insurance Liability of Employer - £5,000,000
