Measured Term Contract.
This Contract is a measured term contract for planned maintenance and alteration / improvement works to properties owned by the University of Surrey. The Works comprise building works with associated minor mechanical and electrical works. The Works is generally internal with minimum amounts of excavation, concrete work, masonry, paving and painting.

The Contract is a measured term contract for planned maintenance and alteration / improvement works to properties owned by the University of Surrey. The Works comprise building works with associated minor mechanical and electrical works. The work is generally internal with minimum amounts of excavation, concrete work, masonry, paving and painting. The Contract may also be used to supplement the in-house facilities for responsive repairs.

In accordance with the provision of The Public Contract Regulations 2015. There will be some pass / fail criteria contained with the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Candidates who do not demonstrate compliance with any of the pass / fail criteria will be excluded from the procurement exercise. Based on the selection criteria which will be contained in the PQQ, the Contracting Authority will select 6 potential providers who will be taken through to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage. This may be increased by up to 2 potential providers if they score within 5 % of the 6th placed potential provider.
