Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust intends to re-model and update a current Laparoscopic Theatre with a new layout and integrated equipment to provide flexibility and minimise patient risk.
Re-modelling the Laparoscopic Theatre will include design, build and refurbishment services. Supply, delivery and installation of mechanical, electrical and other services. The works are anticipated to be contracted on a ‘runkey design and build’ basis using the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's design 2011 and NHS Contract for the Supply of Goods and Services.
