Lot 2 is a multi-supplier framework that Advantage SW Members (current and future) can access should they wish. The main elements of the service are Safety Checks; Periodic Servicing and Inspections; Routine Maintenance; Diagnosis of faults; Responsive Maintenance; Call Handling; Out of Hours Call Handling; Out of Hours; Emergency Work; Void Property Works; Major Works (excluding planned programmes); Technical Inspections; Mutual Exchange Gas Tests.
