Bodnant Garden Operational Facilities

Description of the goods or services required
The National Trust wishes to appoint a contractor to construct a new operational base at Bodnant Gardens that will meet the current and future needs of the National Trust. The project seeks to provide a new horticultural building compromising of workshops and storage, a conversion of a cottage to provide office facilities and the construction of a welfare building for garden staff and volunteers. The detailed design and bill of quantities will be supplied by the appointed architects.
The National Trust wishes to seek expressions of interest from appropriately qualified and experienced construction contractors.

Minimum standards and qualification required
Participating organisations must complete all questions within the Request for Information document (pre-qualification). The National Trust will evaluate the responses and accompanying information, and then prepare an appropriate shortlist of organisations who will be invited to submit full tenders for the project.
