Explanation
The Carefirst system has been used by the Council since 1999. The Council entered into a 3 year support and maintenance contract from 2016. currently one other provider of a system comparable to this, however the supplier is withdrawing this system and support, therefore the Council are looking at it's options before the end of this agreement.
