Abstract

The Gallery intends to install a technology based People Counting System to replace the current manual counting system.

The system must provide an accuracy of at least 95 % at each entrance (5, with 13 doors) and in aggregate; this accuracy must apply to the number of visitors within the Gallery at any instant and the total number of visits over various periods.

The method of counting must not interfere with free visitor flow into and out of the Gallery or at any point or points within it.

The contract shall include 5 years system maintenance.
