2.1 The customer wishes to establish a single provider contract for the provision of planned and reactive maintenance services for The Trend Building Management system (BMS) which operates across a number of Derbyshire Constabulary sites. Several of these sites are critical to the 24 /7 operation of the constabulary it is essential therefore that works on the system, both planned and reactive are undertaken in such a way as not to disrupt the operation of the buildings.
