— commission weekday provision of access to pre-bookable and same day appointments to general practice services in evenings (after 6:30 pm) — to provide an additional 1,5 hours a day,
— commission weekend provision of access to pre-bookable and same day appointments on both Saturdays, Sundays and bank Holidays to meet local population needs,
— robust evidence, based on utilisation rates, for the proposed disposition of services throughout the week, and
— appointments can be provided on a hub basis with practices working at scale.

The duration of the contract(s) will be for a period of 24 months (total contract value 5 583 493,33 GBP) with an option to extend for a further 24 months (total contract(s) duration 48 months). If no valid expressions of interest are received by the “expression of interest” closing date (24.5.2018), the Clinical Commissioning Group will allow a 10-day standstill period prior to entering into contracts with those providers designated / identified within the notice as being the “Most Capable” pursuant to Regulation 99(3)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
