Hyde Housing is awarding the tender for pest control services.
Call-off appointments will be for the provision of a pest control services and in addition to any reactive call outs, a specified number of planned inspections may be required for selected blocks. This contract brings together all types of pest control eradication designed primarily to assist with the day-to-day management of properties. The contract will also cover the professional advice, guidance, negotiation and assistance on pest control issues.

Hyde Housing Association is awarding a framework for preventative and reactive Pest Control services.
The framework will be made available to other contracting authorities and be valid for 4 years. Successful bidders will have the opportunity to apply for Hyde's future requirements as well as other regional contracts through “Call-off” or “Mini-Competition”.
