The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the Directive
Explanation
The CCG undertook a procurement exercise to secure a 3 year contract for an end of life service with a provider, unfortunately this process resulted in no contract award. However, a local provider of end of life services is merging with St Michaels Hospice as of 1.4.2019 and following the no contract award the CCG has undertaken a due diligence process to consider the best way forward.
