Bolton at Home wishes to appoint a third party Debt Collection Agency (DCA) for the recovery of Former Tenant Arrears (FTA) in order to improve and recovery debts that are owed to Bolton at Home.
The contract period will be for 1 year with the option to extend by a further period of 2 x 12 month periods. It is intended the contract will commence on 3.6.2019 (subject to pre-contract meeting).
All documents are located on The Chest Portal, and submissions are to be electronic via the portal and not emailed to the contact details for Bolton at Home.
