CITB are looking for a strategic recruitment partner to support them for the next 2/3 years following a transformation programme of which a key element of the plan is a move for the organisation’s Head Office from Bircham Newton, Norfolk, to Peterborough with the new Office opening in July 2019. A consequence of these changes is that we anticipate a significant need to recruit capable and motivated new colleagues to help deliver our Vision to benefit the Construction Industry.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Following transformation the plan is a move for the organisation’s Head Office from Bircham Newton, Norfolk, to Peterborough with the new Office opening in July 2019. A consequence of these changes is that we anticipate a significant need to recruit capable and motivated new colleagues.
The roles are of a technical/managerial nature and the recruitment process is scheduled to start in early July. We are keen to establish an ongoing Strategic Partnership that will offer support to CITB across all aspects of recruitment strategy and practice over the next 3 years (with the exception of recruitment administration).
CITB would like interested suppliers to attend a supplier day at its current head office in Bircham Newton, Kings Lynn, Norfolk. PE31 6RH on April 23rd with a view to CITB conducting a procurement for the services mentioned. Please contact procurement@citb.co.uk to confirm your attendance.
