II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The framework will cover NEC3 ECC and NEC4 ECC Project Management Services required for the construction of all types of social, affordable and private housing.
It is intended that the framework will operate for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of 1 year.
For the purpose of this procurement any subsequent framework contracts arising from it, Radius Homes Limited will act as a central purchasing body. The following contracting authorities shall be able to use the framework:
