Explanation
The Council ran an open tender as per the OJEU Notice (2018/S 217-497337) and received no suitable tenders. The Council is therefore awarding a contract without prior negotiation as the criteria in Regulation 32.2a have been fulfilled. It is necessary to ensure the continued provision of a catering service for Willow Court Nursing Home who would otherwise go without meals.
