Explanation
As per Reg 32.2(b)(iii) — Totalmobile Ltd has exclusive rights to support and maintain the finance, payroll and procurement system currently used by NIFRS as this supplier holds the intellectual property rights and source code and therefore is the only supplier that can provide this service.
