Section VI: Complementary information
VI.3) Additional information
The contracts for lot 1 – Material Damage and lot 4 – Public Liability will be based on 2 year long term agreement options — 12 months initial contract period with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. No bids were received via etendersni for lots 3, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 11; therefore a negotiated procedure took place in accordance with Regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 in order to obtain quotes for insurance cover for the lots. As a result of this approach the following contracts were awarded to AIG UK Ltd (Centenary House, 69 Wellington Street, Glasgow, G2 6HG):
Lot 3 — Excess Employers' Liability – Total value of contract/lot – GBP 4632.32;
Lot 5 — Excess Public/Products Liability – Total value of contract/lot – GBP 19 040.00;
Lot 6 — Business Travel/Personal Accident – Total value of contract/lot – GBP 336.00;
Lot 9 — Excess Property Owners Liability – Total value of contract/lot – GBP 6 272.00;
Lot 11 — Cyber Liability – Total value of contract/lot – GBP 1 548.12.
Please note Lot 10 — Directors’ and Officers’ liability has not been awarded.
