Bield Housing and Care is seeking to procure a contractor to carry out Legionella Preventative Monitoring and Maintenance to their housing stock which is predominantly housing for vulnerable older people and also a small number of factored properties, offices and community spaces in accordance with:

Technical Handbook HSG274 Part 2 & 3 BS8580:2010,
The Scottish Water Bylaws 2004.
