North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) worked for and on behalf of NHS Newcastle Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group to commission a Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service.
The contract is for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The initial contract terms will commence on 1 July 2020.
Tender documents were made available to view on the InTend portal on 20 December 2019.
An electronic tendering tool was used to manage this procurement and communicate with potential providers.

The commissioner will act in accordance with Part 3 Chapter 5 Regulation 85 to 87 and Part 3 Chapter 6 Regulation 88 to 104 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No 102) (PCR 2015).
