North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) worked for and on behalf of NHS Newcastle Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group to commission a Community Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service.

The contract is for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The initial contract terms will commence on 1 July 2020.

Tender documents were made available to view on the InTend portal on 20 December 2019.

An electronic tendering tool was used to manage this procurement and communicate with potential providers.

No hard copy documents were issued to potential providers and all communications with NECS, including bid submission and evaluation were conducted via the portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/nhsnecsu/aspx/Home
