Hafod are seeking to appoint suitably skilled and experienced Contractors to carry out roof replacement and roofline works across Hafod’s housing stock.

Lot 1:

Roofing & Roofline Works – The estimated overall value of this Lot over its full 3 year term is £750,000. Over the 3 year term this Lot involves works on 60 one off properties in mainly the Bridgend, Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan areas (estimated at 20 properties annually), as well as works on adhoc properties across Hafod’s stock.

Lot 2:

Roofline Works Only – The estimated overall value of this Lot over its full 3 year term is £600,000.

- In the first year this Lot involves works on three schemes in the Rhondda Cynon Taf area, and one scheme in the Cardiff area, as well as works on one off properties across Hafod’s stock.

- In the second year this Lot involves works on three schemes in the Bridgend area, and a small number of properties across Hafod’s stock.

- In the third year, if the Contactor is successful in extending their term, this Lot will involve works on three additional schemes across Hafod stock.

The contract duration will be a 3 year term, with an initial 2 year term and an option to extend, at Hafod’s sole discretion, by a further 1 year period based on supplier performance and external factors.
