SSE is proposing to secure a series of framework agreements to access an itemised list of transactional wind turbine support services including but not limited to:
1) Remote monitoring services;
2) Technical support;
3) Reporting;
4) Scheduled servicing;
5) Fault finding and investigations;
6) Major component exchanges;
7) Oil exchanges;
8) Blade inspections and repairs;
9) Lifting equipment maintenance;
10) Parts and consumables;
11) Service kits;
12) Training;
13) Safety and technical documentation;
14) Specialist tooling.
This will potentially cover a number of wind farms in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain. Bidder will be expected to offer for each site and services they are interested in tendering for.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
SSE is proposing to secure a series of framework agreements to access an itemised list of transactional wind turbine support services including but not limited to:

The frameworks will cover a range of technologies and will enable SSE to access services on a transactional basis and will potentially cover a number of wind farms in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain. Tenderers will not necessarily be expected to be able to offer all services listed above for each wind farm or technology however are open to offer those services which they can provide.
