1) Demolition of existing tank tower and internal walls

2) Replacement of existing roof finishes and insulation

3) Replacement windows

4) Internal remodelling including provision of new toilets and shower facilities

5) Mechanical and Electrical Installation upgrade

6) New Floor, wall and ceilings finishes

7) Landscaping/external works

Minimum standards and qualification required

Suitable experienced contractors that have worked on school sites, with safe contractor accreditation and site operatives Asbestos Awareness trained as a minimum
