Abstract

The Provider will offer a specialist Additional Learning Needs (ALN) childcare service that will support children between the ages of 2 years until the child is eligible for full time school (in Pembrokeshire currently that is the term after their 4th birthday) that have been identified as meeting the criteria for a specialist placement. The Provider will provide support for children and families with complex needs transitioning into a School or Specialist School placement (Special School and Learning Resource Centre) within the county of Pembrokeshire. This will be either through consultation or where appropriate by outreach services in accordance with Pembrokeshire’s Early Years Transition Protocol.
