Total quantity or scope of tender

Key deliverables for the FINAL project evaluation, will be:

A report to include a detailed methodology, work plan, risk register and roles and responsibilities of the evaluation.

A draft report to be issued before the oral presentation (referred to below) which will be reviewed by WEFO.

An oral presentation of the findings to the Project Board and other stakeholders, prior to sign off of the report.

A report to include an executive summary, which will be translated into Welsh.

Additional Information

A maximum budget of GBP20,000 (inclusive of VAT) will be made available by the Client for the purpose of this contract. A contract cannot be awarded at a figure above this amount. Suppliers must fully detail all applicable project costs as part of their quotation.

Relates to the following project/programme financed by EU Community Funds: The SMARTAQUA operation is funded under ERDF Priority 1.Research and Innovation, Specific Objective 1.2 that aims to increase the successful translation of research and innovation processes into new and improved commercial products, processes and services, in particular through improved technology transfer from HEIs. As part of the evaluation of the 2014-2020 round of ERDF funding, the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) requires beneficiaries to undertake a robust programme of monitoring and evaluation. The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) is one of the European Structural Funds provided to the UK Government and Devolved Administrations, which includes the Welsh Government.

As part of the evaluation of the 2014-2020 round of ERDF funding, the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) requires beneficiaries to undertake a robust programme of monitoring and evaluation.
