This notice involves the setting up of a Dynamic Purchasing System. Warwickshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations for admission to their Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of business support services. The period of validity of the DPS will be 5 years from commencement.
Once the DPS is established, successful applicants in each lot will be advised of the opportunities available in the relevant lot as and when they arise — successful applicants can then choose whether they want to bid for the requirement or not. (It is not compulsory to bid for every opportunity offered).
The estimated contract values provided within this notice include additional scope for any future funding streams that may become available during the life of the DPS. This value is provided for estimation purposes only and is subject to change. The value stated is an aspirational spend figure including for as yet unidentified funding streams.
