Total quantity or scope of tender
Aims and objectives are:
1. To develop and refine a Theory of Change (TOC) graphic and narrative for the Improving the Cancer Journey Programme.
2. To engage with key stakeholders during the production of this work in order to refine the TOC to reflect delivery and strategic direction.
3. To engage the ICJ Programme management team in the TOC process and to present the outcomes of the work back to the ICJ Strategic Programme Board.
4. To utilise the completed TOC as a foundation for formal external evaluation of the ICJ. It is envisaged that this TOC work will form the basis for monitoring, evaluation and learning of the ICJ programme.
