Your Housing Group wishes to establish a legal services framework agreement to provide legal advice and support to the business across five lots. These lots are:

— Employment and HR (Lot 4), and
— Housing Management Including Out of Hours Service (Lot 5).
The panel will be established for four (4) years. Expenditure across the panel will vary according to business activity. As a guide expenditure across all lots was approximately GBP 2 500 000 in 2019-2020.
