Senior Consultancy Support to Transition Director (acting CEO): Brecon Beacons National Park Authority

Organisational change management: Senior Management Team design, Performance and Risk Management in a public sector context, including benchmarking with other National Park Authority management structures, option appraisal and report to the Transition Director and incoming CEO.

Analysis of current project portfolio and Performance Management system design for project management and monitoring. Collation of risks log.
