The Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme began in 2008 and has transformed the treatment of adult anxiety disorders and depression in England. IAPT is widely recognised as the most ambitious programme of talking therapies in the world. From small beginnings in 2008, IAPT has steadily grown so that over a million people were able to access the services in 2020/21.<br/><br/>The first phase of this process is to establish consistent pricing across London for computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (cCBT) solutions/products.
