As per the Framework Agreement terms, service referrals will be offered to the providers in the specific lot area (lots 1-3) for contract. Where no offers are received or accepted to contract, service referrals will be offered to the providers appointed to Lot 5 (ad-hoc lot).
Further to this, as per the Framework Agreement terms, Lot 4 will not be retendered. Instead service referrals within the area of Greenock South West (inner & outer), Inverkip and Wemyss Bay, will be offered to the providers appointed to Lot 5 (ad-hoc lot).
Due to the above, the value of the ad-hoc lot cannot be guaranteed and has been stated as 1GBP for the purposes of this award notice.
