The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the Directive

Explanation:

This Notice is to advise the requirement for modification of the contract term for Framework Agreement NP673/17 Patient/Bed Worn Devices (for pressure redistribution) & Patient Grip Socks

The modified additional contract term will expire on 31st March 2023.

This modification is required to meet the additional demands of Scottish Health and Social Care sector during the current Covid-19 pandemic and to maintain necessary supply due to circumstances unforeseen by the Authority in line with Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
