Warwickshire County Council and NHS Coventry and Warwickshire CCG are seeking further tenders for some of their Care at Home services. This is a refresh tender for Lot 2 (supported Living), Lot 3 (Live In Care) and Lot 4 (Complex Clinical Care) to allow new providers to apply for a contract for these services.
During the life of these contracts the services may be modified and varied in order to meet the changing needs and demands of WCC, the CCG's and the customers. These changes could include (but aren't limited to) initiatives to deal with short term
emergencies, facilitating hospital discharge, prevention, night-sits etc.

Generally for customers of the CCG's who require care that must only be performed by a skilled staff member that has been deemed competent and received delegation from a qualified nurse to perform that task. Complex clinical care may be delivered in a domiciliary, supported living or live in care setting.

This service is for CCG customers who reside in Warwickshire or Coventry. This service will operate on the basis of a single area framework.
