suitably experienced and qualified contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on
our framework of contractors for the following categories of work.
Lot 1: Arboricultural works (trees and hedges) – up to £20,000 per job
Lot 2a: Hard Landscaping works – up to £10,000 per job
Lot 2b: Hard Landscaping works – £10,001 to £50,000 per job

The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal
https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company
details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password
which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to
search for the invitation under Wychavon District Council and then electronically submit an
expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement

The scope of work to include heating, hot water, cold water potable and non-potable supply), drainage (both foul and storm), air conditioning, ventilation systems and any similar system installations. Elements of these works will require contractors to be Gas-Safe registered or hold an F-Gas Company Certificate and contractors will need to provide proof of these if undertaking this type of work. As well as work internal to buildings some elements of external equipment, ie metering units, may also be included within works packages.
Some elements of the works will also require access to and working at heights, typically ceilings and roof loft spaces. Some works may also have to be conducted “out of office hours” and involve evening, night or weekend attendance. In addition these works will include plumbing work required on open spaces water supplies, irrigation systems etc.
N.B. You will need to provide proof of your Gas-Safe registration or F-Gas Company Certificate (required for repairs to gas installations) with your submission to be considered for this framework.
