Explanation
Reg.32(2)(b)(ii) : The workflows of UKGI and its client departments depend on models and spreadsheets which pull information directly from Capital IQ, and the ability to share the models and data sources across departments. This is outside the control of UKGI. The award may be further justified under Reg.32(2)(b)(iii) as the information relied upon includes S&P's exclusive intellectual property.
