The Corporate Officer of the House of Lords and the Corporate Officer of the House of Commons ("the Client") (acting jointly), invite Tenderers to submit a tender for NEC Consultancy Services. The contract is estimated to be in excess of £150,000 (ex VAT) over a duration of 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 2 years over in 1 year increments.

NEC Consultancy Services the successful tenderer will be required to fulfil the following objectives:
Provide learning and development support that give staff the knowledge, skills and tools needed to confidently deliver projects, maintain and operate the Parliamentary Estate using the NEC family of contracts.
Improve commercial capability and approach.
Improve the effective use of the NEC family of contracts to deliver construction projects and maintenance services on the Parliamentary Estate and achieve an excellent standard of the NEC use throughout Parliament.
