Explanation
The organisation does not permit their approved maintenance centres under their licence agreement to bid for work independently of the parent company. This contract is further essential to comply with Civil Aviation Authority Regulations and for PSNI to meet all associated statutory and Health and Safety obligations and to mitigate against any risk & consequences of technical failure.
