Apex are seeking a contractor who can offer an out of hours call out and ASB witnessing service for Apex Housing Association. This should include trained and experienced staff who will be able to witness incidents as they are reported.
Out of hours staff will be required to respond to and attend incidents to witness ASB and send reports to the ASB Housing Officers as soon as they finished witnessing an incident. The information will then be used by Apex HA to allow the ASB to be investigated, actioned and addressed.
The contract will be awarded on a lots basis:
• Lot 1 - North West (including North Coast, Derry & Strabane Council areas)
• Lot 2 - Greater Belfast (including Rathcoole, Ards and Comber, Fermanagh and Mid Ulster)
• Lot 3 - Newry and Mourne Council areas
Tenderers may bid for any number of lots.
