The development will comprise of a new single storey, 22 class primary school building and recreational areas. Works also include a new vehicular access with right turn lane off Balloo Road and signalised crossing lights at the existing pedestrian crossing point on the Balloo Road. Internal vehicular configuration and site layout to include car parking, car and bus pick up/drop off areas and pedestrian crossing points. Other works will include service area, bin storage areas, boundary fencing, entrance walls and gates, underground drainage, landscaping and associated site works.
