3.1.1 The University wishes to appoint a Contractor for its Engineering Inspection Services for in-scope Plant, equipment and electrical inspections at its three UK University campuses (Edinburgh, Galashiels and Orkney) to ensure the University complies all relevant statutory and other regulations and, where applicable, carry this out in accordance with written schemes of examination in force.
