Milton Keynes City Council invite providers to tender for Springfield House Support Service For Young Parents With Babies And Pregnant Mothers. This is a housing related support service to young people with babies and pregnant women to enable them to move on to more independent living within settled accommodation. The service is a based hostel accommodation with self-contained units. The service will also offer time-limited resettlement support when residents move on. The service will employ support staff with relevant qualifications, expertise, and aptitude to offer personalised support to residents. The service will be delivered at Springfield House, which is the accommodation provided by Orbit Housing Association. The Service provider is expected to enter a lease agreement with Orbit and be responsible for all housing management at the property.
