Translink will be creating a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of pre-approved Economic Operators (EO) to provide Project Management, Technical Support Services and other associated services as described in the documents. Your proposal MUST be submitted within the eTendersNI portal, via this CfT. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
