The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: absence of competition for technical reasons
Explanation
No reasonable alternative exists for this procurement of LAMP-based genotyping kits for the detection of DPYD and HFE genetic conditions directly from patient blood samples and is available from only one economic operator. These kits are essential for service delivery and patient care the absence of competition is not the result of an artificial narrowing down of the parameters of this procurement.
