Abstract

Horsham District Council (the Council) is working in partnership with Horsham BID Limited and together invites tenders for the supply, installation and maintenance of Christmas lights as set out in these documents. Funding will be provided by both parties. The contractor will be expected to liaise and work with representatives from both parties. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 30th September 2024 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period until 31st January 2028, with an option to extend for a further 1 year period subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council. The Council is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council’s Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification.
