The Council wishes to establish a single contract for the provision of catering in the Pump Room and Roman Baths.
The catering contract at The Pump Room will comprise of servicing the neo-classical Pump Room Restaurant currently offering brunch and afternoon tea and an events business with £2.5 million of sales achieved financial year end 2023.
