The Agency is looking for a nanoparticle flow cytometer capable of detecting biological particles such as extracellular vesicles, lipid nanoparticles, viruses and other biological nanoparticles when fluorescently labelled or not. <br/><br/>The Technical requirements for purchase of nanoparticle flow cytometer will heavily rely on ability of the instrumentation to deliver high level sensitivity for submicron particles. The equipment in question will be supporting many high-profile projects across the Agency, including adequate sizing and quantification of viral particles, viruses, secretome vesicles, phage, and NLPs. Therefore, it is important to put maximal emphasis on the Scientific and Technical ability (65% of overall marking) of the equipment to deliver very sensitive readouts rather than the Commercial value of this project.
