Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The Authority have a requirement for maritime logistical support services to provide Port Agency Services in and around the territorial waters of Cyprus to seagoing and other associated and approved units. This includes but is not limited to the provision of:

- Berthing allocation

- Provision of pilots, tugs and moorings

- Facilitation of Customs clearance for the Unit

- Arranging for the collection, safe stowage and secure delivery of cash

A full list of services entitled the Statement of Requirements will be issued at the Invitation to Tender Stage.

Nothing in this Contract Notice or any subsequent information, whether DPQQ or ITT is a guarantee that any contract will be put into place. No compensation or other forms of damages will be paid if a tender or resulting contract is withdrawn for any reason. Potential bidders should take part in this process only on the basis that they fully understand and accept this position.
