The overall estimated framework value is £1,800,000. It is demand lead. An estimated breakdown per lot is not available.. There was a delay in a tenderer accepting the framework award on the system, which resulted in a delay in publishing this notice.

CPD complied with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and incorporated a standstill period (i.e. a minimum of 10 calendar days) at the point information on the award of contract was communicated to tenderers. That notification provided full information on the award decision. This provided time for the unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract was entered into.
