Abstract

Bath Spa University is looking to purchase virtual reality to equip the University with a VR set-up (headsets and computers) for classroom sessions of 40 students. The aim is to create a multifunctional, viable, and versatile VR set-up for students and staff in a university context. We have a fixed grant fund of £250.00 ansd we are looking for a supplier that can create the best value for money.

To configure the equipment for ease of use by academic professionals, staff, and students

To teach University staff how to maintain and use the technology.

To ensure the equipment is always operable for long-term use and sustainability.
